Fall means time to plan a trip to the farm. This month we visited Kelsey Creek Farm, nestled in a residential area of Bellevue, Washington. The farm is owned by the city and free to visit. Free family fun on a farm – this is Where I Live.
Nine am and it was still foggy out.
We visited a variety of animals: goats, horses, pigs, chickens, rabbits, sheep, and a goose.
It wasn’t long before the sun blazed through the clouds, chased away the fog, and warmed up the day.
My little reader took the time to check out the farm facts.
Despite all the farm animals, the kids’ favorite farm resident was the cat, who calmly allowed the kids to follow and pet him.
The kids enjoyed the little play area located on the farm.
The farm is also home to a century old log cabin.
Another successful adventure! Next up on the Where We Live Blog Circle is Faye Sevel Photography. Head on over to see Faye’s share of fall in the midwest.

Looks like a beautiful place and so close to the city 🙂 I love the delight on your children’s faces that you’ve captured!
